Boyne City Veterans Memorial Park

    Veterans Memorial Park is located just blocks from Boyne City's downtown. The park is open to the public year around. There are picnic tables and grills throughout the park from May 15-October 15. With the exception of farmers market, festivals and special events, dogs are permitted in the park as long as they are on a leash.

    Veteran's Memorial Park is home to an expansive wood play structure, the site of the Veterans Memorial, the F. Grant Moore Municipal Marina, seasonal Farmers Market and is the hub of activity along the lakefront. The community uses the park for little league baseball, picnicking, strolling, jogging, rollerblading and cycling, boating, fishing, and watching sunsets from its west-facing shoreline.

    Festivals and events at the park throughout the year include the Morel Mushroom FestivalFourth of July activities including the fireworks, Boyne Thunder, Antique Auto Show, Labor Day Car Show, community picnics and running and cycling events; just to name a few.
