Burt Lake State Park is located on the southeast corner of Burt Lake with 2,000 feet of sandy shoreline. Visitors are welcome to come and enjoy camping, boating, fishing, sight-seeing and many more activities in the beautiful area.
The world's largest "Cross in the Woods" is located near the park. Historic Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island are about 30 miles north on I-75. Hiking, cross-country skiing, ORV and snowmobiling trails are located nearby, along with many golf courses and restaurants.
The park is located in the "Heart" of Northern Michigan's famed Inland Waterway; a chain of rivers and lakes that offers approximately 38 miles of boating pleasure.
