    A short walk from the parking area Deepwater Point’s shore is a great place to enjoy a quiet day at the beach on East Grand Traverse Bay. This 17 acre property also a wonderful place for a short hike through predominately mesic northern forest with aging pine plantation. The property includes 1000 feet of undeveloped frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay including associated wetlands and dynamic habitats which are becoming increasingly rare.
