    This historic park is located at the transition between Bayfront Park and the Bear River Valley Recreation Area. Historic features include a 1917 pavilion, 1930s Mitchell Street Bridge, World War I monument, and a raised formal garden. The setting is enhance by the proximity of the Bear River and the coffer-dam falls.
