On Lake Superior, 98 modern campsites and six mini cabins. Spectacular scenery, beautiful ice formations along the shore attract people for cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Four miles of McLain Hiking/skiing trails. Terrain varies from flat open expanses to woods and hills. Two miles of sand beach, picnicking, playground, horseshoe pits, hiking and fitness trails, volleyball equipment. Pet friendly shoreline.
