Lake Mary Plains Pathway
This enchanting pathway winds through the tall pines of Crystal Falls State Forest passing the tranquil waters of Glidden Lake. The pathway provides a prime setting for activities like hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Along the pathway visitors may see a variety of birds and wildlife. Many visitors will use the pathway to gain access to the forest and lake for fishing, swimming and hunting.
10 mile groomed ski, hike, bike trail. Three loops totaling 19 km are marked, groomed for novice and intermediate cross-country skiers. Trailhead at Glidden Lake State Forest Campground. Trail maps are available at the campground.
