PILGRIM RIVER TRAIL

Over six miles of hiking and biking trails have been established along the Pilgrim River Valley through the hard work of the Keweenaw Trails Alliance and other local recreation groups. The north trail provides broad vistas of the valley before dropping down near the river channel. It is a beautiful and challenging trail that can be used by all. The south trail winds its way through the forest with numerous glimpses of the Pilgrim River. As part of a recent Eagle Scout project, both trails are now marked and have informational maps posted in key locations.
